**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, cleaning, and organizing.
- Monitor and report changes in health status and provide timely updates to family members and healthcare providers.
- Facilitate physical and emotional well-being by engaging clients in conversation, recreational activities, and exercise.
- Follow and implement care plans designed by healthcare professionals to ensure tailored care.
- Safely administer prescribed medications under the guidance and supervision of healthcare providers.
- Ensure a safe and comforting environment for clients by adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation for each shift.

**Qualifications:**

- Must be a certified Nursing Assistant with a valid certification in good standing.
- Previous experience in home healthcare, eldercare, or long-term care settings is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle responsibilities with a high degree of integrity.
- CPR and First Aid certification are highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area as required.
